1. Delivery Areas

We provide local delivery across:

  • Kidderminster
  • Stourport
  • Bewdley
  • Surrounding villages

Delivery availability may vary depending on distance, order size, and seasonal demand.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are shown at checkout or confirmed when ordering. Fees may vary depending on:

  • Delivery distance
  • Order value
  • Same‑day or timed delivery requests

Any promotional free‑delivery offers will be clearly displayed when available.

3. Same‑Day Delivery

Same‑day delivery is available when orders are placed before our daily cut‑off time.

Orders placed after the cut‑off may be delivered the next working day unless otherwise agreed.

During peak periods (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas), same‑day delivery may be limited.

4. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver within the time window selected at checkout or agreed when ordering.

Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times
  • Deliveries may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays
  • Funeral and event deliveries will always be prioritised and handled with care

If a specific time is required, please contact us — we will do our best to accommodate it.

5. Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe place
  • Leave them with a neighbour
  • Return them to the shop for collection
  • Attempt redelivery (a fee may apply)

A delivery card or message will be left where possible.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing house numbers
  • Wrong postcodes
  • Locked gates or restricted access

If redelivery is required due to incorrect information, an additional fee mayapply.

7. Hospital, Workplace & Funeral Deliveries

Hospital Deliveries

Some wards do not accept flowers. Please check with the hospital before ordering.

Workplace Deliveries

Deliveries will be made to reception or the main entrance unless otherwise agreed.

Funeral Deliveries

We work closely with local funeral directors to ensure timely delivery.

    8. Severe Weather & Unforeseen Events

    Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

    • Flooding
    • Snow or Ice
    • Road closures
    • Supplier shortages
    • Vehicle breakdowns
    • Other events beyond our control

    We will contact you as soon as possible if your delivery is affected.

    9. Click & Collect / In‑Store Collection

    You may choose to collect your order from our shop at:
