4. Bespoke & Made‑To‑Order Items

For bespoke or made‑to‑order designs (e.g., weddings, funerals, custom arrangements):

  • Deposits may be non‑refundable to cover materials and labour already incurred
  • Flowers are natural products and may vary in colour, size, and appearance
  • Exact replication of images or previous designs cannot be guaranteed

5. Cancellations & Returns

Standard (non‑bespoke) orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not already been prepared or dispatched.

Bespoke or made‑to‑order items may not be cancellable once work has begun.

We accept returns of unused, undamaged, and unaltered non‑perishable products (e.g., gifts, artificial arrangements) within 14 days of receipt, in original packaging. Returns must be agreed in advance.

6. Delivery & Collection

We deliver within Kidderminster and surrounding areas. Delivery times are stated at checkout or confirmed when ordering.

We always aim to meet delivery times; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Recipient not being available
  • Severe weather
  • Supplier issues
  • Transport delays
  • Events beyond our control
