Ordering is simple and stress‑free. Browse our bouquets and arrangements, choose your favourites, select your delivery date, and add a personalised message. We handcraft every order with care in our Kidderminster studio.

What delivery options do you offer?

We deliver locally across Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley and nearby areas. Same‑day, next‑day and scheduled delivery are available.

Can I get same‑day delivery?

Yes — order before 1pm for same‑day delivery. After the cut‑off, call us and we’ll try to help.

Do you offer custom bouquets?

Absolutely. We can create bespoke designs based on your colours, favourite flowers or occasion.

How do I book a wedding consultation?

Contact us by phone, email or through our website form. We’ll arrange a relaxed consultation to discuss your ideas.

How does your pricing work?

Prices vary depending on flower type, season and arrangement size. Standard bouquets start from £25; bespoke designs are quoted individually.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Kidderminster and surrounding areas. Artificial arrangements can be shipped nationwide.

How do I care for my flowers?

Trim stems, change water daily, and keep flowers away from heat, sunlight and drafts.

How do I book a wedding consultation?

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

We can’t guarantee exact times, but you can request morning or afternoon delivery.

Do you deliver on Sundays or bank holidays?

Yes, we can deliver on Sundays and Bank holidays. Availability may be limited on those days though.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

We’ll try a neighbour, leave in a safe place, or return the flowers and contact you.

How Do I Care for My Flowers?

To keep your flowers looking fresh for as long as possible:

  • Remove any wilted stems to help the rest last longer
  • Trim the stems at an angle
  • Change the water daily
  • Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts

How long will my flowers last?

With the right care, fresh flowers can last up to 14 days. Longevity varies depending on the flower variety and the room temperature, so some blooms may naturally have a shorter lifespan.

To help your flowers stay at their best, keep them in a cool spot away from direct heat sources such as radiators, sunny windowsills or appliances that generate warmth.

Do you include flower food?

The food is already in the Aqua boxes and a sachet is provided with Hand-tied Bouquets.

What should I do if my flowers arrive damaged?

Contact us the same day with a photo and we’ll put it right immediately.

Can you help me choose the right funeral flowers?

Yes. We understand how difficult this time can be, and we’re here to guide you gently through the options. We can recommend tributes based on your relationship, preferred colours, and the style you feel best represents your loved one.

How much notice do you need for funeral flowers?

We can often create tributes with 24–48 hours’ notice, but for larger pieces such as casket sprays or bespoke designs, we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure flower availability.

Do you deliver directly to funeral directors?

Yes — we deliver directly to all local funeral directors in Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley and surrounding areas. We coordinate timings to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

Can you create personalised or bespoke tributes?

Absolutely. Whether you’d like a name tribute, a specific shape, or a design that reflects a hobby or memory, we can create something meaningful and unique.

What information do you need when ordering funeral flowers?

We’ll ask for the name of the deceased, the funeral date and time, the funeral director’s details, and any specific colours or styles you prefer.

What is your returns policy for fresh flowers?

Fresh flowers can’t be returned, but if there’s an issue we’ll replace them or resolve it quickly.

What if I’m unhappy with my order?

Contact us within 24 hours — we’ll make it right.

Do you offer refunds for artificial arrangements?

Yes — artificial items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

What if the wrong item is delivered?

We’ll correct it immediately and deliver the correct item as soon as possible.

📦 National Delivery (Artificial Flowers Only) – FAQ Section

Do you offer national delivery?

Yes — we offer UK‑wide delivery for artificial arrangements only. Fresh flowers are available for local delivery only.

Why are artificial flowers the only option for national delivery?

Artificial arrangements travel safely by courier and arrive exactly as designed. Fresh flowers require careful handling and temperature control, so we keep those local to maintain quality.

How long does national delivery take?

Most artificial orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–4 days depending on the courier.

Will my artificial arrangement look like the photos?

Yes — every artificial design is handcrafted in our studio and packaged securely so it arrives looking exactly as shown.

Can I request a custom artificial arrangement for national delivery?

Absolutely. We can create bespoke artificial pieces in your preferred colours and style, then ship them anywhere in the UK.
